My name is Debra Smouse and I’ve helped executives move forward in their business and life since 2003. I did so formerly as a private consultant. Recently I made the natural transition to a work and life coach. I partner with business executives who want to live life in the zone. Working closely with clients, I help them dig down through the muck. Together we uncover underlying issues preventing them from bringing their “A” game every single day.

No matter what I do professionally, I will always be a writer at heart. My love affair with the written word goes back to my sixth birthday when I got my first Nancy Drew book.  I flex my writing skills as a coach, a blogger and as Editor-in-Chief of All Things Girl, a literary arts e-zine.

I believe life should be lived passionately. So I fill my life with great books, food worth savoring and friends to be loved. I spend as much time as possible on the golf course.

A native Texan, I spent the first four decades of my life within a ten mile radius of my childhood home outside of Ft. Worth.  I currently reside in Ohio with the amazing man of my dreams.
