I sometimes wonder
if dressing room mirrors lie
or possibly if
it's the lighting in there.
surely it's that
since the dresses look
so lovely on the rack
but on me they look drab
and somehow chunky
not chunky like the soup chunky
(which is a good thing)
but chunky as in F - A - T
So surely it's
the mirrors in there
and certainly not me.
